These business tycoons have an unwavering passion for educating others in entrepreneurship and an anointing to pioneer in the Sphere of Business for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. 

They share valuable knowledge on business, building legacy, and cultivating wealth.

Ministers Valdis and Karen Purnell are seasoned marketplace and ministry leaders who serve faithfully with Tracy Taylor Ministries International. 

Valdis, a businessman and TTMI Board Member, carries a quiet, humble strength and a passion for mentoring men and young boys, while Karen, a former Human Resources leader and leader of TTMI’s LeHava-Esh “Flames of Fire” Dance Ministry, ministers through worship, dance, teaching, and prophetic expression. 

Together, they have a heart to see men transformed, youth empowered, families made whole, and lives drawn closer to God. 

Through their wisdom, servant hearts, and ministry gifts, they inspire others to grow in faith, worship, leadership, and purpose.

Devoted to ministering to families and marriages, they also help people  transitioning from difficult lives into the Kingdom of God. 

Foronda, with over 30 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing. She serves as a mentor to young women and an Advisory Council member for Medical Assistants at IU Health Physicians. 

Keith, with 25 years of work experience, serves as a Union Steward Representative for the company. 

Together, hosting monthly "Porch Talks" at home, they inspire personal and spiritual growth to all ages. They attribute all their success to their decision to accept and follow Christ.

Ministers Kenny and Pricilla McCauley are devoted servants of God with a heart for worship, encouragement, and seeing others flourish in their God-given purpose. 

Pricilla is a Life Coach, founder of Thankful Journey, mentor, psalmist, and accomplished writer who has served in ministry for over two decades. 

Through her devotional writing, teaching, and exceptional administrative gifts, she encourages others to trust God while bringing excellence to TTMI. Zhe serves a dual role in TTMI as Director of Operations and Administrator. 

Kenny serves as the leader of LeHava-Esh “Flames of Fire” Praise Team, where his love for God, music, and worship inspires others to encounter the presence of God. 

Together, they are a family-centered ministry team who carry a genuine love for people and a desire to see lives strengthened, transformed, and positioned for success in God.

Minister Tushunia with over two decades of ministerial experience in organizations and 32  plus years in the medical field, she brings a unique blend of expertise that bridges business, finance, and ministry. 

Her spirit led approach empowers individuals by providing practical strategies for both career growth and spiritual callings. The prophetic mantle over her life enables her to adequately navigate in ministry and encourage others to do the same.

Tushunia, with her extensive experience serving on ministry boards, brings invaluable expertise in financial management and vision facilitation to our organization. 

Her teaching abilities inspire and equip individuals in areas of money management, wealth creation, and advancing Kingdom business.

An accomplished accountant and business owner who has established her own financial services company, Account Savvy LLC. Additionally, she excels as a financial analyst with extensive experience in conducting in-depth analyses and preparing reports on financial operations.

She is an alumnus of Indiana Tech University, where she earned both her Master’s degree and Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 2014 and 2011, respectively. 

Her strength as an accountant lies in the breadth of experience she has gained across numerous roles, showcasing her dedication and sharp problem-solving skills in every position she has held.

A dedicated healthcare practitioner, educator, advocate, and leader with over 20 years of impactful contributions to health, wellness, and community empowerment. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana. 

She opened a restaurant that embraces the philosophy of “food as medicine.” Partnering with nonprofit organizations, the restaurant encourage individuals and families to actively engage in their health journeys.

She also expanded her advocacy efforts by writing grants for nonprofit organizations focused on healthcare and education initiatives. 

Her goal is to secure funding for impactful programs that enhance access to essential services and promote community well-being. 

Guided by her faith and Kingdom principles, Dr. Kristal continues to drive change by inspiring wellness, advocating for equitable access to healthcare, and advancing holistic approaches to health that transform individuals, families, and communities. 

Elder Charlotte Thomas brings immense value to every ministry she serves in.  Her multifaceted expertise and unwavering dedication shows in her 27 years plus of ministerial experience. 

Her background in finances and faith, equip her with the unique ability to bridge spiritual growth with practical stewardship. 

As a Youth Pastor, Intercessor, and Evangelist, she's touched countless lives, guiding young hearts towards purpose and helping adults rediscover the power of prayer and spiritual fulfillment. 

Her fervent prayers are a testament to her deep connection with God, and passion for uplifting people shines brightly in everything she does. 

Whether leading in ministry or managing behind the scenes, she fulfills God’s plan with diligence and joy, leaving an indelible mark on every life she encounters.

Prophetess Susan Page is a seasoned woman of God with years of experience in Intercessory Prayer and Outreach Ministry. 

She carries a deep passion for lost souls and a heart to see lives transformed through the power of prayer and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. 

Through her teaching gift and prophetic insight, Prophetess Susan brings wisdom, spiritual direction, encouragement, and clarity to those she serves and ministers alongside. 

She serves as the Intercessory Prayer Team Leader in TTMI and her desire is to help others develop a prayer life, hear God, grow in faith, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Prophetess Melony Roberson is a gifted administrator in both the educational system and ministry, serving as an administrator with Tracy Taylor Ministries International (TTMI). 

With a heart for youth and women, she carries an anointing to teach, encourage, and prophetically speak into those navigating struggles with identity and purpose. 

Her ministry is marked by wisdom, compassion, joy, and a genuine desire to help others discover who they are in Christ and walk confidently in their God-given calling. 

Her joy for life is evident in all she does, making her presence both uplifting and impactful.

Minister Johnetta Fayson is an anointed minister of dance and flags who has served in the ministry of worship for many years. 

Through her prophetic expression with flags, colors, and movement, she ushers people into the presence of God and the atmosphere of His Kingdom. 

As the leader of the TTMI Flags Ministry, she equips others to understand and express worship through movement. 

Her prophetic gift and spiritual authority are evident as she ministers with the strength and boldness of a general in the Spirit, releasing an atmosphere of worship, breakthrough, and Kingdom power.
